We were delighted to welcome another cohort of first-year university students to Winton this spring for two insight days, in partnership with GAIN - an organisation dedicated to empowering and educating young women about careers in investment management.

Across the programme, students explored life at a quantitative hedge fund through sessions on strategy development and execution, alongside investment pitch presentations and speed networking with our team.

The programme concluded with speed networking, offering the opportunity to connect with professionals across the firm and hear about their career journeys.
