Our Client Solutions division in China is seeking to hire a strong junior/mid all-round investor services professional to assist with the delivery of premium client service, supporting colleagues and clients in China and around the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing investor queries.
  • Creating and updating materials such as client DDQs and regular fund reports.
  • Working closely with other business units including fund operation, research, trading, and compliance, in order to address client queries with timely and accurate information.
  • Act as a point of contact within sales for information associated with Winton’s products.
  • Supporting sales team members with business development efforts.
  • Contribute to projects within the team and industry engagement where necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • At least three years of financial industry and client servicing experience.
  • Knowledge in the wider asset management industry in China; strong interest in hedge funds.
  • A strong academic record from a top college or university; postgraduate degree and/or CFA designation a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Understanding of quantitative investment strategies and financial mathematics; ability to calculate key investment performance metrics.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks at once, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, proactive and highly self-motivated.
